🚨 Urgent Response and City Fines:
Airbnb's new 2025 policies require hosts to act quickly to prevent violations of local city ordinances. Failure to respond promptly to house rule violations can result in permanent removal of our listing from the Airbnb platform. In order for us to remain compliant, if house rules are violated and guests cannot be reached within 30 minutes of our first Airbnb message regarding the violation, a team member will be dispatched to the property.

Once dispatched, a $175 urgent response fee will apply, even if positive contact is made before arrival.

Guests are also financially responsible for any city fines resulting from rule violations.

A $350 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected indoors.

Vanessa's home was absolutely perfect and exactly as pictured. It had everything we could have possibly wanted or needed during our stay, making it feel comfortable and stress-free from the moment we arrived. Vanessa was a wonderful host and checked in with us several times to make sure everything was going well and that we had everything we needed. The location was also fantastic—just a few short minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport, making travel incredibly convenient. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
