Everything was absolutely perfect. The condo was exactly as shown in the photos, very clean, well maintained, and ideally located close to the beach. The large terrace was a beautiful bonus, and the dedicated workspace made it very convenient for working during my stay. The host was extremely kind and responsive, always answering questions quickly and making the entire experience very easy. Valet parking was a great convenience, the arrival process was smooth, and the condo staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. The property itself is a real gem, with two beautiful pools: one quiet and relaxing, and another with more animation and a great view of the canal. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and very well taken care of. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful, well-located place with excellent service.
My stay was good! The space was clean, and had a lot of amenities. I like the gym, and 2 pool options. Love that I had access to the large balcony as well as the washer/dryer. I would’ve loved more detailed instructions for some of the amenities like the beach passes, fire pit, and valet service but I would definitely book again.
Meh. The hosts left much to be desired for our vacay. Lesson learned to not book hosts w/hours long response time. We also had NO response when we reported that the LR TV has screen issues. For what we paid we expect to have responsive hosts and a TV sans picture quality issue. No reply from hosts is just rude. We also had to use a backup wifi w/weak security. The WiFi in their welcome message didn’t work & they never resolved it. Who wants to use weak security wifi for a week? Very unfair to not have secure WiFi. Unit was clean & as pictured. No extras like foil or Lysol. Cooking spices expired in 2023. Bathroom linens need better laundering. Will always bring my own after this experience. Dirty iron. They claim 5star service experience but for whatever reason, we didn’t get that. Disappointing lowlights for our anniversary vacay. Highlight was early checkin. We left their home spotless & in perfect order as always done. This is our first negative review and hosts we would not rebook.
